WenOur last full day in Reykjavík work done, we got out and about in great weather. We swam 40 minutes away at Kleifarvatn. I’ve always been a fair weather swimmer. I am usually a reluctant Welsh-writer, because I know it’s imperfect, but i’m trying to lose that fear. Roedd y dŵr yn oer, y gwynt yn gryf, a’r teimlad yn anhygoel. My legs felt like a thousand needles prickled them as I got in, but there is nothing like it for bringing you into the moment.
