@scottjenson @ids1024 @cassidy so really the only way to solve this is for some way for toolkits (apps) to specify a draggable area that can be dragged even if the window is in the background. Or, perhaps more generically, to specify areas that can receive specified mouse events even if in the background.

I’m not sure if that exists or how tricky it would be to implement.
