@scottjenson @ids1024 I have a feeling the window process in macOS passes on all events and the toolkit/library decides what to do depending on if window is raised or not. The window process in macOS traditionally did less than the X window manager. MacOS has a standard toolkit so it’s possible. Or then macOS might do what I proposed, and have a way for the toolkit to define areas that should receive events, regardless of being in the background.
